Vincent Oakley specialises in looking after the property and finances of people who have sustained severe brain injury. Vincent is very closely involved with families and has done this work since 1995. He assists with such varied topics as locating the best place to live, property design, setting up and maintaining care arrangments, accessing services such as Headway; obtaining and adapting vehicles, securing all state benefits that may be available including local authority direct payments and grants; arranging physiotherapy and occupational therapy; working with investment managers and financial and property advisers; considering and advising on tax implications.
The other aspect of his work is preparation of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney.
