Vincent Oakley qualified as a solicitor in 1985. He is the sole principal of this practice.

We are a specialist practice dealing with Court of Protection deputyship, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate.

Christmas and New Year

The office will close at 10:00 on Thursday 19 December 2024 for the Christmas and New Year break.

We shall re-open at 10:00 on Monday 6 January 2025.

Normal Hours and dress code

We work flexi - time. During flexi - time hours whether anyone is available depends on the exact flexi - time hours being worked. We are usually in the office during the core time hours stated:

Monday - Friday 07:00 - 10:00 (flexi time)

Monday - Friday 10:00 - 14:00 (core time)

Monday - Friday 14:00 - 19:00 (flexi time)

Other days and hours by prior appointment only.

Our office is at a Tennis Club so when you visit you will see lots of members in tennis, squash or gym kit. We have an informal dress code and may meet you wearing sports kit, rubber filp flops, shorts and T shirts especially in the hot summer weather!
