Vincent Oakley: Court of Protection Deputyship for Head Injury

Vincent Oakley has over 20 years experience as a Court of Protection deputy for clients who have been awarded compensation by the High Court for head injury.

This involves working with brain injury case managers, families and external experts to arrange the best care and support available. Each of our clients usually requires 24 hour care 365 days a year. We work closely with external experts in matters such as: selection of a site for accommodation; designing, building and adapting housing; purchasing and adapting vehicles; arranging care and supervision; acquiring suitable equipment and arranging appropriate therapy - for example: occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy.
